Hi Neptuner!
I was looking through some photos of you repairing your Neptunes and I noticed that some of you were not wearing safety glasses!
Listen up, did you know that you can buy cool safety glasses for less than $10? They have come along way from the 'goggles'... Check out the "Safety Glasses" link below now and order you some cool safety glasses to have around the house so you don't have an excuse not to wear them.
Whether you are replacing your Neptune Bearings or the faulty door latch wax motor you need to wear cool safety glasses! I also highly recommend that you wear them when soldering on your control board as well...

Maytag Neptune Help songs revealed
Hi Neptuners,
I almost forgot to reveal to you who created the Neptune Help Song and the Neptune Bearing song...
I previously mentioned that his name was Mark.
Here is the scoop:
Mark Hockenberry is who created those fantastic jingles for me. You can check out his website at Background Acoustic where he has some free mp3's he created for you to download. If you have a website and would like some custom background music then I highly recommend that you talk to Mark. You could also use Background Acoustic music for a custom picture show video you are putting together for a family reunion, your childs school class photos, etc.

Maytag Neptune Help feedback
Hi Neptuners!
Here is feedback I received today after Chuck had changed his Neptune bearings and seal.
"Thank You Thank You Thank You I have completed the bearing replacement on my Neptune washer and all is well. It is again working like new. I have one question, my unit is a 5500BWW, do I need to replace the wax motor, or did Maytag make the change with that model #. Thanks again. Chuck S."
That's great news Chuck! Your MAH5500BWW does not have the faulty 12002535 door latch wax motor so you are OK. Jeff
